For school Cherish had to dress up like a character from one of her favorite books. She picked Camilla Cream from A Bad Case of Stripes by David Shannon. It is a great book that I highly recommend to anyone who hasn't read it.
She said her favorite part was when she got to school everyone was talking about her and wanted to ask her questions about why she was painted in stripes. She LOVES to be the center of attention.
At least the stripes weren't
permanent. She couldn't stand the itching so she had her teacher help her take the paint off at their first recess.
