Gingerbread, Yum, Yum!!

I've made a gingerbread house every year for as long as I can remember. It is something that I have always loved to do. I don't know if I like making the houses or eating all the candy more but none the less I look forward to it every year. Cherish loves it too. Every year she counts down the days to the event. Izzy isn't too sure about the cinnamon bear. She spit it out. Oh well more for me. Those are my favorite.
I couldn't believe what a great job Cherish did. She was so thoughtful about where she put everything.
Izzy made sure she licked every single piece of candy before she put it on the house. She has acquired quite the sweet tooth. She has been know to scale furniture to get to advent calenders. I found her the other day laying on Cherish's floor with the cover ripped off a now empty advent calender with chocolate dripping from her chin. If I say no she will find a way to get it herself. I need to watch out for her. She is going to keep me on my toes.
Thanks Grandma for making this happen every year. We love it so much. Thank you! Thank you!!

Wish we could be there to do it. We do our own here but not with gingerbread. We use graham crackers and milk cartons. Still fun but not quite the same.
